UNIT: REPRODUCTION AND INTERACTION
LESSON: HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
As always, we will kick off our lesson singing our Unit's Song...
Let's remember some important information from our Unit: What system is in charge of sending all sensations to the brain? Yes... What is the system that helps us to get the information to our brain... So we can see, hear, smell, taste and touch...??
Yes... That's the nervous system... It makes the function of interaction possible.
Well, now take a look at he picture at the beginning of this lesson... Yes, the picture of a person during the different life stages... Do you think the nervous system is the same in a baby, in a child and in an adolescent?
And what about the reproductive system? Do you think it's the same in a baby, in a child, in an adolescent or in an adult?
They are not the same, right? Because they develop... They grow as we grow... This is what we are going to learn on this lesson.
These two videos are a little bit difficult to understand, but they give us really good information on how the brain and the nervous system develop:
And this video shows us all the important things that. we learn to do during our first years:
And this is our lesson's summary:
